These templates are designed and offered by Froozbooth. They cover the formats operators actually print: 4x6 in portrait or landscape, 2x6 strips, 1 to 4 photos. Names, event title and date fill in automatically for each event, so one template serves all your clients.

Import an existing frame
- Export your frame as a PNG with transparent photo areas (Photoshop, Canva Pro, a pack you bought) or painted pure green (free Canva).
- In the dashboard, open Templates, then Import templates, and drop a file or a whole folder.
- Froozbooth recognizes the format (4x6, 2x6 strip) and places the photo slots under the frame.
- Add the names and date area if you need it, then run a test print from the booth.
Packs sold for other software (TemplatesBooth, for example) almost always include PNG overlays. Those are what Froozbooth uses. Proprietary project files from another tool do not import.

Are the Froozbooth templates really free?
Yes. They are designed and offered by Froozbooth and included in every plan. You can edit them and print them for all your clients.
Can I edit a template in Photoshop?
Yes. Every template downloads as a layered PSD and a transparent PNG. Export your version as a PNG with transparency and import it back.
Can I use Canva templates?
Yes. Export the frame as a PNG: with Canva Pro, on a transparent background; with free Canva, paint the photo areas pure green (#00FF00). Froozbooth finds the photo slots on import.
Do TemplatesBooth or LumaBooth templates work?
The overlay images (PNG) do: their transparent areas become the photo slots. Project files specific to another tool do not import.
Which print sizes are supported?
2x6 strips (5×15 cm) and 4x6 prints (10×15 cm), on any printer installed on Windows, including DNP and Citizen dye-sub printers.
Is there a template limit?
No. Templates and events are unlimited in every plan, from €139 a year or €349 once.
What size should a photo booth template be?
For a 4x6 print, 1800 × 1200 pixels at 300 dpi; for a 2x6 photo strip, 600 × 1800 pixels. Froozbooth recognizes the format from the image ratio on import and warns you below 200 dpi, where prints may look soft.
Can I download photo booth templates without signing up?

How many photos can fit on one photo booth print?
In Froozbooth, one print layout holds up to 6 photos, at 300 dpi. The free templates cover 1 to 4 photos, on 4x6 prints in portrait or landscape and on 2x6 strips. Two strips print side by side on one 4x6 sheet, ready to cut.
What file format should a photo booth overlay be?
A PNG with transparent photo windows is the usual choice, and Froozbooth uses it as is. If your tool cannot export transparency, as with free Canva, paint the photo areas pure green (#00FF00) instead. Froozbooth imports PNG or JPEG frames and finds the photo slots on its own; project files specific to another booth app do not import.
Can I design a photo booth template without Photoshop or Canva?
Yes. Froozbooth includes a template editor that runs in the browser or on the booth: background, frame, photo windows, images, shapes and text in ten fonts, arranged in layers, with undo and redo. Names, event title and date can be variable text that fills in for each event. What guests see on screen is exactly what prints.
Can guests choose their own template at the photo booth?
Yes. Add several templates to an event in Froozbooth, and each guest picks one on screen before posing.
Can my client choose and personalize their template before the event?
Yes. Froozbooth lets you send your client a link: the couple picks their template and types in their names, then you approve it. The template is synced to both booths, so the backup prints exactly the same frame.
Can I add my business logo to photo booth prints?
Yes. In the Froozbooth template editor, add your logo as an image layer on any template, or turn on the optional watermark with your branding. A discreet name or web address on your prints goes home with every guest, which helps bring in new clients.
