Terms of sale
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This is an English translation of our conditions générales de vente, provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of a licence, photo booth software for Windows, comprising the booth app, the online dashboard and the related hosting, as well as the subscription to the Cloud+ option and the purchase of AI portrait credits.
The service is intended for businesses. A subscriber acting as a consumer also benefits from the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code, in particular article 4 below.
2. Trial
Every new account starts a 15-day trial, with no credit card required. Photos produced during the trial carry a watermark. When the trial ends, the account’s booths are locked, capture and printing included, until a plan is purchased.
The subscriber may choose a plan and save a credit card during the trial. Nothing is charged before the trial ends: the first charge is made on the trial’s end date, for the chosen plan, and the subscription then follows the rules of article 5. The date and amount of the first charge are shown when the card is saved and remain visible in Settings → Subscription. The subscriber may change plans or cancel at no cost until the end of the trial, from the billing portal.
3. Plans and prices
The licence is offered in three plans for two machines, which grant the same rights:
- monthly subscription: €14 per month, no commitment;
- yearly subscription: €139 per year;
- lifetime licence: €349, paid once, with no subscription or renewal.
Every plan includes the booth app (capture, templates, printing, offline operation), online event setup, the online gallery, the sharing QR code, emails to guests sent from the address, photo sync, booth status in the dashboard, 10 GB of online storage, updates and two machines paired at the same time.
From three machines, the licence also includes reserved features: booth fleet scheduling, live booth monitoring, remote control, an online gallery under the subscriber’s brand with no mention, messages to the event’s client and photo mosaic. Pro subscriptions taken out before November 6, 2026, at €29 per month or €279 per year, keep their terms. Beyond ten machines, the Network plan is quoted on request.
Every plan includes two machines. It can be extended up to ten machines, at €59 per year per extra machine with the yearly subscription, or €149 per extra machine, paid once, with the lifetime licence. Cloud+ remains optional. Extra machines bought before October 28, 2026 remain acquired as long as the licence is active.
Cloud+ is an optional add-on, taken as a yearly subscription at €29, or a monthly subscription at €2.90 alongside a monthly licence subscription. It adds 100 GB of online storage (110 GB in total), sending guest emails from the subscriber’s own domain, and remote booth commands (pause, restart, reprint, retry sending, log). It is added to one of the three plans; the licence remains usable without Cloud+. Cloud subscriptions taken out before October 26, 2026 keep the extra paired machine they included, as long as they are renewed.
AI portrait credits are bought in packs, paid once, from the dashboard: 100 credits for €29, 300 credits for €59 or 1,000 credits for €149. One credit equals one photo transformed with a standard model; the premium model (Nano Banana Pro) costs three. Credits do not expire and stay attached to the account, whatever the licence plan. A transformation that fails is automatically refunded in credits; only successful transformations are counted. A used credit is not refundable. Photos sent for transformation are processed by an AI provider with no data retention, for the time of the generation.
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; does not store any credit card data.
Prices may change for new purchases. A lifetime licence, an extra machine or a credit pack already paid for is never charged again. The price of a subscription or Cloud+ period already paid for is not changed.
4. Right of withdrawal
As the service is supplied immediately in digital form, a consumer subscriber who requests immediate performance waives the 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The 15-day trial makes it possible to assess the service before any payment.
5. Term and cancellation
The lifetime licence is valid with no time limit, for as long as the publisher operates the service. It includes updates to the booth app and the dashboard, as well as gallery hosting for the availability period set by the subscriber.
The booth is activated online once. With the lifetime licence, it then works with no network or online service, for up to ten years without a connection; online sharing and the gallery wait for the network to return. With a subscription, it checks its licence and must connect at least once every 7 days. Past that period without a connection, it locks until its next connection; nothing is deleted.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are concluded for one month or one year and renew automatically for the same period. They can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. On that date, the account’s booths are locked and online services stop; nothing is deleted, and everything resumes as soon as a plan is purchased again. If a payment fails, booths remain active for a 7-day grace period so the payment method can be updated. Switching from a monthly to a yearly plan, or the reverse, is done from the same portal. A subscriber may buy the lifetime licence at any time: the subscription is then cancelled upon payment.
Extra machines bought before October 28, 2026 remain acquired as long as the licence is active. When a subscription ends, the account loses that subscription’s extra machines. A lifetime licence keeps the machines paid for with it.
Online storage is 10 GB with the licence and 110 GB with Cloud+. When the limit is reached, uploading new photos is paused; photos stay on the booth and are sent as soon as space is freed.
The Cloud+ subscription is concluded for one year, or for one month when it accompanies a monthly licence, and renews automatically at each term. It can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A consumer subscriber also benefits from article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code on automatic renewal.
Without an active Cloud+, the account returns to the licence terms: 10 GB of storage, emails sent from the address, no remote booth commands, and the number of machines of the licence and of extra machines bought. Nothing is deleted: photos already online remain available; beyond 10 GB, uploading new photos pauses until space is freed or Cloud+ is active again.
Subscriptions taken out before these three plans were created remain governed by their original terms until cancelled. Storage options taken out before Cloud+ was created remain governed by their original terms until cancelled.
The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a disputed or refunded payment, or of use clearly contrary to these terms.
6. Availability
The booth is designed to work without a network during an event: capture, layout, printing and QR display are local, within the connection limits set out in article 5. An interruption of the online service therefore does not prevent an ongoing event from going ahead, but suspends sync and email sending until service is restored.
No quantified availability commitment is made for the online part. Maintenance is announced when it can be foreseen.
7. Subscriber’s obligations
The subscriber operates the booths under their own responsibility. In particular, they must:
- inform guests of the processing of their photos and email address, and obtain their consent; the booth provides a configurable consent screen for this purpose;
- set how long galleries remain available and protect access to them when the context requires it;
- change the operator access code of each booth;
- have the required hardware: a Windows computer, a camera recognized by the system, an installed printer.
The subscriber is the data controller under the GDPR for their guests’ data; the publisher acts as a processor.
8. Liability
The publisher is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts actually paid by the subscriber for the licence, extra machines, AI portrait credits and, where applicable, Cloud+.
Excluded in particular are: loss of business, reputational damage, and the consequences of a failure of the hardware, network or power supply at the event venue.
These limitations apply neither in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor in the event of bodily injury.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, and subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lorient, France.
